Garden clearance & rescue

Whether you've just moved in, inherited an overgrown plot, or things have simply gotten away from you — we'll bring your garden back to life.

How we approach a clearance

We don't just hack everything back. Every clearance begins with a walk-through assessment to identify plants worth keeping, spot potential issues like invasive species, and agree a plan before any cutting starts. We've rescued beautiful old roses, fruit trees and established shrubs that owners had assumed were beyond saving.

Boundaries first. We start by clearing boundary hedges and fences, which opens up the space and gives us room to work inward. It also makes the biggest visual difference quickly — in many Warwickshire gardens, the boundaries alone can take a full day to clear back, but the transformation is immediate.

Gradual reduction. When tackling overgrown shrubs, we don't try to take them down to the final size in one go. We cut to knee height first, clear the debris, then come back and cut to the final shape. This lets us see the structure of each plant before making final decisions.

Invasive species. Japanese knotweed, bindweed and ground elder all need specialist treatment — simply cutting them risks spreading the problem. We'll identify any invasive species during our assessment and advise on the right approach. Japanese knotweed in particular has legal implications and should always be handled by professionals.

Complete waste removal. We handle all waste removal as part of our clearance service, so you don't have to worry about skip hire or tip runs. For very large jobs, we can arrange multiple visits to keep things manageable.
