Your questions, answered
We work in most weather conditions — light rain doesn't stop us! However we'll always reschedule if conditions are unsafe or would damage your garden (such as mowing waterlogged lawns). We'll always give you advance notice and rebook at a time that suits you.
Yes, absolutely. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade tools including lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, strimmers and all the hand tools needed. You don't need to provide anything — just show us around your garden on the first visit.
During the growing season (April–October) most lawns benefit from fortnightly mowing. In summer peak growth periods, weekly cuts can keep it looking its best. Over winter, monthly or as-needed visits are usually sufficient. We'll always advise based on your lawn's condition.
Yes, we can remove all garden waste including grass clippings, hedge trimmings and general debris. Waste removal can be added to any visit for a small additional fee.
We're currently based in Leamington Spa and service the local area. We may be able to accommodate requests further afield — just give us a call to check.
We're available every day except Fridays, from 10:00 to 19:00. Each day has two slots — a morning slot (10:00–13:00) and an afternoon slot (13:00–19:00). Book whichever fits your schedule.
Fill in the booking form on our homepage or give us a call on 07904 174399. For clearance jobs we'll arrange a free visit to assess the garden before providing a fixed quote. No obligation whatsoever — we're happy to advise even if you decide not to proceed.
Most hedges are best trimmed twice a year — once in late spring (after the main flush of growth) and again in late summer. Avoid trimming during nesting season (March–August) if birds are present. We'll always advise on the right timing for your specific hedge species and condition.
Absolutely — in fact most of our customers are on regular schedules, either fortnightly or monthly. Regular customers get priority booking and we'll tailor our visits to what your garden needs each season. There's no contract — you can adjust or cancel any time.
