Patio & path pressure washing
Years of algae, moss and ground-in dirt come off in a single visit. We bring the kit, do the heavy work and leave your patio, path or driveway looking the way it did the day it was laid.
What we clean
Most Warwickshire patios are block paving, sandstone slabs, Indian stone or concrete flags — all of them respond beautifully to pressure washing when done at the right setting. We bring a commercial-grade washer with a flat-surface attachment that gives an even, stripe-free finish (rather than the zebra-stripes you get from a wand alone).
Block paving driveways. The most common job we do. We wash, brush out the moss and weeds from the joints, then re-sand with kiln-dried sand. Driveways usually take 2–4 hours depending on size and how long it's been since they were last done.
Sandstone and Indian stone patios. These need a gentler pressure to avoid pitting the surface — we use a wide fan tip at moderate pressure and follow up with a soft-bristle brush in stubborn corners. We can apply a sealer afterwards if you'd like, which dramatically extends the time before it needs doing again.
Paths, steps and walls. Brick, stone, concrete and tile — most surfaces clean up well. We're careful around pointing and adjust pressure on older masonry.
Decking. Wooden decking needs a softer touch — we use lower pressure to lift the grey weathering layer without splintering the boards. After cleaning, we can apply a decking oil to bring back the colour and protect for next year.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to provide water and electricity?
We carry our own water tank and pressure washer, so usually no — just normal access to the patio. If we'll be working all day on a big driveway we may ask to use an outside tap.
Should I seal my patio after cleaning?
It's optional but worthwhile on sandstone, Indian stone and concrete. A sealer keeps the patio looking clean for 2–3× longer between washes. We can apply it the day after cleaning when the surface is fully dry.
How often should I have my patio cleaned?
Once every 2 years is enough for most patios. Block paving driveways and shaded sandstone may need a refresh every year. North-facing patios with lots of overhanging trees go faster.
Will pressure washing damage my paving?
Not when done correctly. We adjust pressure for the surface — gentle on sandstone, firmer on concrete and block paving. We never use bleach or harsh chemicals on natural stone.
Do you re-sand the joints after washing?
Yes — we brush in kiln-dried sand on block paving as standard. It stabilises the blocks and stops weeds re-rooting in the gaps.
