Radford Semele sits just east of Leamington Spa, a village that has retained its rural character despite being only minutes from town. The Grand Union Canal runs nearby, and the surrounding countryside gives the area a peaceful, semi-rural feel that is reflected in its gardens. Properties here tend to have more generous plots than their urban neighbours, with established trees, deep borders and lawns that stretch out towards open fields.

The village is a real mix of old and new. Period cottages along the main road through the village have mature gardens with traditional planting, old fruit trees and hedgerows that need careful, knowledgeable maintenance. Newer homes on developments off Southam Road and Lewis Road have tidier, more structured gardens that benefit from regular mowing, edging and seasonal planting to keep them in top shape.
